As a sculptor my work focuses on gender and identity. I recently completed a Bachelor of Visual Arts Honours degree at Latrobe University where my work consisted of ephemeral papier mache sculptures as well as sculptures made from bed sheets. These ephemeral works deteriorated as the year progressed eventually succumbing to the weather and collapsing in on themselves.

Currently I am creating sculptures of the female body that have been cast from life. My intention is to create life like sculptures from materials that deteriorate such as unfired clay, papier mache and bed sheets. This experimental work will be documented with film and digital stills to capture the progress of creating life and taking it away.
